Ingredients
- 50 mls of Cranberry Juice
- 2 Whole of Egg Whites
- 200 grams of Raspberries
- 70 mills of Electric Blue Gin Liqueur
- Juice of a Lime
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add the cranberry juice, egg white, half the raspberries, gin, sugar and lime to a shaker.
- Dry shake without ice first. Add ice and shake again. Pour into glasses and top with remaining
raspberries
