Double measure Mandarin Dynasty Gin

Ingredients

Tonic
Coriander Seeds
Cassia
Orange Peel

Method

Pour a double measure Mandarin Dynasty over ice, top with tonic and then garnish with
with coriander seeds and cassia, finish with a swirl of orange peel.

Thai Basil Smash

Ingredients

● 40ml Mandarin Dynasty Gin
● 20ml Sugar Syrup
● 15ml Orange Liqueur
● 25ml Lemon Juice
● 1 egg white
● A few leaves Thai basil, if none sub for basil.
● Maraschino Cherry

Method

Muddle all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake really well and strain into a
tumbler over fresh ice.

Add extra basil and a Maraschino Cherry to serve.

Ingredients

45ml Zymurgorium Mandarin Dynasty Gin⁣
25ml Fresh Tangerine Juice (orange juice will do)⁣
10ml Jasmine Syrup⁣
The segments from half a tangerine (again an orange will do)⁣
20ml Kumquat Liqueur ⁣
Ice⁣
Soda Water to top up⁣
A few dashes Sichuan Peppercorn Bitters⁣
Kumquats to garnish⁣

Method

Muddle the tangerine segments in a mixing glass with the jasmine syrup, tangerine juice, gin & kumquat
liqueur. ⁣
Strain into a glass over ice, top with the soda water, add a few dashes of the bitters & garnish.
