Distilled with a 8 lucky botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Sichuan Pepper, Cassia, Cloves, Fennel Seeds, Star Anise & Mandarin.

Double measure Mandarin Dynasty Gin
Pour a double measure Mandarin Dynasty over ice, top with tonic and then garnish with
with coriander seeds and cassia, finish with a swirl of orange peel.
Thai Basil Smash
● 40ml Mandarin Dynasty Gin
● 20ml Sugar Syrup
● 15ml Orange Liqueur
● 25ml Lemon Juice
● 1 egg white
● A few leaves Thai basil, if none sub for basil.
● Maraschino Cherry
Muddle all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake really well and strain into a
tumbler over fresh ice.
Add extra basil and a Maraschino Cherry to serve.
45ml Zymurgorium Mandarin Dynasty Gin
25ml Fresh Tangerine Juice (orange juice will do)
10ml Jasmine Syrup
The segments from half a tangerine (again an orange will do)
20ml Kumquat Liqueur
Soda Water to top up
A few dashes Sichuan Peppercorn Bitters
Kumquats to garnish
Muddle the tangerine segments in a mixing glass with the jasmine syrup, tangerine juice, gin & kumquat
Strain into a glass over ice, top with the soda water, add a few dashes of the bitters & garnish.
