  • 75 mls of Flagingo Pink Gin
  • 250 mls of Tonic
  • 25 grams of Caster Sugar
  • Mixed fruit (Raspberries, mango, blueberries - whatever you have in!)


  1. Take a six-hole lolly mould and push some of the fruit into each one.

  2. In a jug, stir the gin, tonic and sugar until the sugar dissolves and the tonic loses its fizz.

  3. Divide between the moulds, push in the lolly sticks and freeze for at least 4 hrs, or preferably overnight.
