Hot Gin Toddy
- 50 mls of Quince and Gin Liqueur
- 2 teaspoons of Caster Sugar
- Juice Half of Orange
- 100 mls of Hotwater
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- Combine the sugar, orange juice and gin in a mug and stir well.
- Place the cinnamon sticks into a separate cup of boiling water for two minutes to release the spice, before pouring the infused water into the glass with the sugar, orange juice and gin.
- Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
