Ingredients
- 50 mls of Zymurgorium The Original Manchester Gin
- 7-10 Fresh Raspberries
- A few sprigs of fresh Thyme
- 50 mls of Fresh Lime Juice
- 25 mls of Honey Syrup ((a little honey diluted with hot water & left to cool))
- Soda water to top up
- Ice
Instructions
- Muddle the raspberries & thyme in a tall glass.
- Fill a martini glass with ice to chill.
- Remove any stalks.
- Add the gin, lime juice & honey syrup.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with soda water.
- Garnish with fresh Thyme & drink.
