ON TRADE SPECIALIST- you will have an in-depth knowledge of the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering trade and will have developed key relationships with impressive multi-site operators. This will enable you to sell our range of Gins, Rums, Gin Liqueurs and beers in volume whilst allowing you to raise the profile of the company, supporting your accounts to sell to the end consumer. You will be expected to provide a working Channel strategy and will be assisted to develop key POS/ marketing materials to allow for future engagements.
WHOLESALE/DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST- You will have existing relationships with key spirits wholesalers/ distributors across multiple regions/ nationally and will be a strong negotiator, understanding the margin pressures on both your accounts and the business. At interview you will be asked to present your proven track record in securing new accounts whilst providing 1st class customer service to existing accounts. A working Channel strategy will be required, and you will have free reign to develop key accounts with the support of the business.
OFF TRADE SPECIALIST- You will have experience of working with and securing grocery and independent retail accounts with a focus on chains and high-end independents. Blue chip/ larger supermarket chain will be your destination so experience with or working for such accounts would be an advantage. You will be aware of Cat changes/ merchandising principles, discount structures/ margins and face to face account management of key accounts. A Channel strategy will be required.

All of the above roles will require individuals that can think on their feet and develop their own area into a truly spectacular portfolio. The right candidate displaying the expected Zym culture/ behaviours and proving their sales record can expect to be promoted quickly into the role of UK sales manager. There may also be a requirement to support our export managers from time to time as we develop the China/ Japanese and North American market…so ensure your passport is up to date!
