The Cub- New Tom Gin

“The Cub” is the inaugural collaboration between Zymurgorium and Beartown Brewery, designed to enchant and delight gin connoisseurs and beyond with its refreshingly irresistible flavors. This grizzly-zyme creation, where bear meets bee, represents a fantastic fusion of brewery and distillery, combining the expertise of master distiller and master brewer to produce The Cub.

Modeled after Old Tom Gin, a sweeter and lighter style of gin that was immensely popular in the late 1800s, The Cub pays homage to this historic tipple. In those days, London’s gin scene was driven underground, and drinkers would look for cat-shaped wall plaques to dispense their gin secretly.

The Cub is a modern take on Old Tom gin, featuring an expertly crafted blend of Beartown Brewery's sumptuous Citra and Mosaic hops, gently distilled and paired with the finest juniper, lemon, lime, and vanilla. Bursting with flavor, it’s fantastic in a G&T or cocktail mix and is best served with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint.
