Ingredients (serves: 2)
- 30ml My My Apple Pie Gin Liqueur
- Cinnamon sticks
- Star anise
- 4 tsps Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Prosecco
- Apple slices
- 20ml Apple juice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the apple juice, cinnamon sticks, and star anise to a gentle simmer over low heat. Once it begins to bubble lightly, remove from heat and allow the mixture to steep for 30 minutes. After steeping, strain the apple juice, putting the spices to one side for garnishing, and transfer the juice to the fridge to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the chilled spiced apple juice, Zymurgorium My My Apple Pie Gin Liqueur, lemon juice, and ice. Shake well until chilled (work in batches if necessary).
- Strain the mixture into your serving glasses, leaving some space at the top. Top each glass with prosecco for a bubbly finish.
- Garnish with thin apple slices, reserved cinnamon sticks, and star anise pods for a festive touch. Serve immediately and enjoy!
