At Chocolat Madagascar, we are thrilled to collaborate with Zymurgorium, as they sought the highest quality, freshest chocolate ingredients to develop their exquisite "Choc-o-Bloc" Gin. Unlike most chocolate, this award-winning fine chocolate is freshly grown and crafted entirely in Madagascar, an island renowned for its unique "terroir" cacao and rich biodiversity.

No chemical processing is used, preserving the natural fruity flavors and flavanols as nature intended. This "Raisetrade" chocolate is as ethical as it is delicious, creating significantly more economic value at the origin for the people of Madagascar.
