Ingredients (serves: 2)
- 50ml Choc-O-Bloc Gin
- 2 drops of Peppermint syrup
- 30ml Irish cream
- 70g Chopped dark chocolate
- 120ml Double cream
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth. Once it's warm but still comfortable to touch, stir in the cream to create a rich ganache. Set aside and allow the ganache to cool to room temperature.
- While the ganache cools, fill a martini glass with ice to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the cooled chocolate ganache, Zymurgorium Choc-O-Bloc Gin, Baileys, and ice. Shake vigorously until the ingredients are well-mixed and thoroughly chilled.
- Discard the ice from the martini glass. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a light dusting of cocoa powder for an elegant finish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
